Located in the flats of downtown Fairfax, it is a 35-minute bike ride to the Larkspur Ferry - and downtown public transit stops, shops, laundromat, and eateries are around the corner. Acres of stunning open space with world-class bike and hiking trails are close by. Single level - two steps to the front door.
