Solana is by far the best place to be in the area, amenities are great apartments are brand new and people living here are great, Leasing team is also great and very supportive, shout out to Alex, thank for everything!

Great place to live. The community is calm quiet and peaceful.

Solana at Duarte Station is an incredible property. The service-facing team is responsive, friendly, courteous, professional, and efficient. The building is beautiful. I love the amenities--first-rate exercise facility, pool, sauna, grills (including a pizza oven!), covered parking (parking garage). I also love that it's a 2-minute walk to the Duarte Station metro stop. I'm also pleasantly surprised by the fact that there are a lot of pets in this community but minimal late-night and... early-morning dog barks waking me up.

The only minor criticism would be the absence of reinforced concrete floors and walls, which would make the units sound-proof. Most tenants don't realize how much sound transfers through the floors to units below when their heel strikes the floor, so inevitably you will hear people above you. I've never lived in a big apartment community like Solana, and I was surely hesitant, but the team at Solana made my experience so enjoyable! It's a beautiful building, so close to work, and just a hop, skip, and a jump to the train station, which can take me most places I like to go! I love it here, and hope to live here a long time!
