Very pleased with my stay with Acadia, clean environment and professional staff. Maintenance team is also top tier with fast response times and fixes to needed tasks

My husband and I have lived in Cypress for many years, and when we discovered Acadia Apartments in 2025, we were immediately impressed. We knew the property had only recently opened in 2024, and we were excited to explore such a beautiful new community.

We initially visited just to "window shop" and tour the property, but from the very beginning, the experience stood out.

We met with Brandon in the leasing office, and even though we were only looking at the time, he treated us with kindness,... patience, and professionalism. He gave us a full tour of the property and amenities, answered all of our questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Months later, when we returned to look again more seriously, Brandon actually remembered us and once again took the time to show us multiple floor plans and available units. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and his approachable personality made the process enjoyable.

After thinking about Acadia constantly for months, we finally decided to make the move -- literally -- and we are so happy we did.

The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful. Everything feels modern, upscale, and thoughtfully designed: the layouts, flooring, lighting, windows, Google Nest features, and in-unit washer/dryer hookups all make the space feel luxurious while still comfortable and welcoming.

The community amenities are incredible as well: a state-of-the-art gym with individual workout pods for privacy, a Pilates room, a study room with individual study pods, a game room, pet spa, barbecue areas, and beautiful landscaping throughout the property. The pool area feels like a resort, with poolside cabanas and a gorgeous jacuzzi complete with a waterfall fountain.

The leasing and move-in process has been smooth and professional from start to finish. Communication has been excellent, and it's clear the staff genuinely cares about residents' experience. Even after moving in, Brandon has continued to be extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we've had. He has assisted us throughout the post move-in process, and we truly appreciate how approachable and supportive he has been.

This apartment charges luxury price (over 3 grand for a one bed apartment) but has many flaws. Firstly parking spots are very limited and you do not get designated parking so whenever you come home late you are often forced to park all the way on the 5th floor on the rooftop lot since all the parking spaces below have been taken. The rooftop parking lot interestingly also happens to have bats inhabiting it as I've seen bats every time I park up there. Not only that I have also seen rats in the... exit stairway. There is also noise pollution if you live on the side facing Trader Joes with cars constantly making noises and musicians playing the same music in front of TJ over and over again which may sound pleasant at first but hearing it all day can drive you crazy. Management team is nice at least however there were multiple times when I couldn't get a hold of them for days. I would call multiple times throughout the day no answer, I went to their office and it was completely empty even though it was within the business hours and this happened quite frequently. The maintenance team is rude and will dirty up your home and will leave your apartment unlocked. They will also overcharge you at the move out by forcing you to pay itemized charges to add to your bill and essentially make you pay for the full month's rent even if you only stayed for 3 weeks. Went in for a tour of Acadia and met with Jacob, who was very friendly and most of all knowledgeable of the property. He was super pleasant and made it an enjoyable experience.

My husband and I have only been at Acadia apartments for about a month, but we have loved our experience here! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and willing to go beyond to help the tenants. The staff - Angela, Oscar, and Brandon have all been very friendly and helpful every time. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and we have had no issues so far with the appliances.
