This apartment charges luxury price (over 3 grand for a one bed apartment) but has many flaws. Firstly parking spots are very limited and you do not get designated parking so whenever you come home late you are often forced to park all the way on the 5th floor on the rooftop lot since all the parking spaces below have been taken. The rooftop parking lot interestingly also happens to have bats inhabiting it as I've seen bats every time I park up there. Not only that I have also seen rats in the... exit stairway. There is also noise pollution if you live on the side facing Trader Joes with cars constantly making noises and musicians playing the same music in front of TJ over and over again which may sound pleasant at first but hearing it all day can drive you crazy. Management team is nice at least however there were multiple times when I couldn't get a hold of them for days. I would call multiple times throughout the day no answer, I went to their office and it was completely empty even though it was within the business hours and this happened quite frequently. The maintenance team is rude and will dirty up your home and will leave your apartment unlocked. They will also overcharge you at the move out by forcing you to pay itemized charges to add to your bill and essentially make you pay for the full month's rent even if you only stayed for 3 weeks. Overall my experience with Acadia was very disappointing and I would not recommend this apartment for anyone. There are many other options available at the price that they are charging.

Regarding parking, we understand how important accessibility is, and we are actively exploring solutions to improve both resident and guest parking availability, but we are happy to be able to provide multi-floor level parking and three elevators to each apartment floor. We also hear your concerns about noise. We recognize how disruptive it can be, while also understanding that some level of sound is typical of multifamily apartment living, especially in areas near businesses. In terms of maintenance, our team is diligent about leaving homes clean and tidy after each visit. It sounds like this wasn’t your experience, and we sincerely apologize and will address it with our team.
We understand that there may have been some confusion with your move out. Our standard policy is that when someone is moving out, management requires a 30 day notice before the lease ends, so that the person moving out does not pay over the amount of their intended stay. Without the 30 day notice, residents are rent responsible for any days beyond the initial lease term. In reviewing your move out statement, we understand that we adjusted your final move out costs as a customer service gesture. Super friendly
Went in for a tour of Acadia and met with Jacob, who was very friendly and most of all knowledgeable of the property. He was super pleasant and made it an enjoyable experience.

Acadia Apartments
My husband and I have only been at Acadia apartments for about a month, but we have loved our experience here! Everyone is so friendly and professional, and willing to go beyond to help the tenants. The staff - Angela, Oscar, and Brandon have all been very friendly and helpful every time. The apartments themselves are clean, modern, and we have had no issues so far with the appliances. Look forward to the rest of the year here!
