I called the leasing office, staff was quick to respond and within half an hour a maintenance team member came to check all the alarms in my unit and replaced the battery of the beeping fire alarm.

Amazing Maintenance
Every time I have an issue, no matter how big or small, the Maintenance team at Vantis is amazing. They come right away, fix the problem ASAP, and are super friendly in doing so. Shoutout to Farshid, Joel, and Luis. Dream team!

Leasing & Staff!
Vantis has been such a welcoming environment to live in! Clean, beautiful, friendly, and cozy! A great quiet spot near the beach, in a safe residential area! Leasing and maintenance have been amazingly proactive overall going above and beyond when needed! Just yesterday I had a mishap with a package delivery and Jacob from leasing was extremely helpful in locating the package for me! Highly recommend!
