Maintenance Team is Excellent!
Farshid on maintenance did a great job responding to our maintenance request ASAP and efficiently!! Same day, super quick, and made sure everything was working properly afterwards!! He’s always happy to help whenever we need it!

Maintenance Led by Farshid Are Incredible
One of the highlights of living at Vantis apartments is the maintenance staff led by Farshid. I’ve never had such incredibly responsive, capable, and kind maintenance staff. Farshid is a wonderful guy - so friendly, promptly responds to any issues within the hour, and a joy to have. Makes living here incredibly care free. Vantis - you are lucky to have a great person like Farshid running maintenance. People like him are tough to come by.

The Staff is Excellent!
The entire team is exceptional! They’re conscientious and thorough. The service team is too. Joel and Farshid did an excellent job on my unit repairs! I highly recommend this apartment complex!
