Not worth the price!!
Management is friendly but that’s the only positive thing. Apartments are overly priced. You have to pay all utilities and the walls with the upstairs neighbor are paper thin. You can hear every step, sneeze, cough and television show they are watching. Washing machines are constantly broken. Definitely not worth it.

We cannot disagree with you that Cerritos is priced higher than some of it's surrounding cities, but we do our best to stay competitive with the other communities in the city and watch all... market trends. As a community build in the late 60s we do know that up/downstairs noise can be heard at times, but if you are hearing the things you are mentioning, there might be something we should look at. If you are still a resident of our community we also have an exciting upgrade coming to our laundry rooms, and hope this will help with the inconvenience when machines go down. Thank you again for your feedback, as it will only help us get better!
