If you’re looking for the most perfect apartment experience, this is it. We’ve lived here over five years and could not be more satisfied with our unit, the amenities and the staff.
Excellent appliances, great apartment layout and close proximity to shopping (Sprouts) and endless restaurants. We still haven’t tried them all from Vietnamese, Indian, Lebanese and of course sushi.
Yes it’s a little pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. See you at the resort pool.

A Smooth Move-In and a Great Living Experience
I'm really enjoying this apartment complex. The amenities are clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax in my free time. I also appreciate the secure building access and the conveniently connected parking garage. Cindy and the leasing team were a big help during my move-in. The application process was clear and organized, making it easy to get all the information I needed beforehand. Cindy was also very thorough with the room condition check, which helped me get settled in... comfortably. it’s been a great experience so far.

Perfect location !
We had an amazing experience at 88 at Alhambra Place! Cindy from the leasing office was incredibly welcoming and professional throughout the entire experience. She helped us with every single step of the application process and always gave quick replies to our questions. She truly made everything smooth and stress-free. The property itself is beautiful, clean, and in a perfect location. We highly recommend moving here.

Responsive Management and Well Maintained Property
I’ve been living in this apartment for a year and a half and recently renewed my lease. I’ve had a really positive experience here. The maintenance team is very responsive, they usually come out the next day after I submit a request. Although the building is about 10 years old, it’s been very well maintained. The appliances are in great condition, and the interiors are regularly refreshed with new paint and carpeting when needed. Cindy in the leasing office is also wonderful she’s always quick... to respond and does a great job resolving any issues. Overall, I’ve been very happy living here and would definitely recommend it.

Great Property and Management
I worked there for 2 and a half years. The property is beautiful, and the management/maintenance is great. Staci, Cindy, and Josh at the leasing office are always friendly, professional, and happy to help residents. Jozelyn, Alonzo, and Xazier from maintenance were responsive and caring with any maintenance request. I'll definitely miss 88 and its residents!
