We were live in Alhambra in the last 30+ years, just move in with my parents in the last month. Alhambra 88 is a really nice apartment to live in, it offer walking distance to markets, restaurants, shoppings. Cindy the Chinese speaking property is really caring and helpful, my parents just in love with her. I would recomment this apartment .

A Lovely Apartment in Alhambra, CA
Visited the 88 at Alhambra Place on 7/17/2025. It is a very well maintained beautiful and luxury apartment. Cindy C provides me a thorough tour with helpful information. She is very professional and detail oriented. I highly recommend her and this complex to those who are in the market!

A truly wonderful community with great service and location
I’ve been living here for almost three years and truly love the peaceful environment, well-maintained facilities, and convenient amenities. The staff are always friendly and professional — especially Ms. Cindy from the leasing office. She’s warm, patient, and always goes above and beyond to help us with any questions or concerns. The location is also fantastic — close to everything I need, yet still quiet and comfortable. Living here has been a great experience overall, and I highly recommend... this community to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed place to call home.
