Now that I’ve officially been living at City Lights for a couple of weeks, I wanted to share my experience so far because I genuinely love living here.

Chris was my leasing agent and was so helpful from the beginning. He explained the whole process to me, answered all my questions, and was always really friendly and easy to work with. Chris has also very quick and responsive to all of my emails.

Not long after I moved in, my next door neighbor had a leak, and I know what you’re thinking… wow,... right after moving in?! But honestly, it ended up making me feel even better about living here because of how quickly they handled everything. They came out immediately and were constantly on top of it. Edgar was the first maintenance tech who came by and he was so professional, kind and empathetic about the whole situation. Francisco also assisted Edgar, and they both did a great job.

I also have to mention the manager, whose name I feel terrible for forgetting! Every time I’ve gone into the leasing office, including on the weekends when I’ve needed help with something, he has always been extremely professional, helpful and welcoming.

Everyone I’ve interacted with here has been so kind. From the leasing office to maintenance, I’ve had such a good experience. I absolutely love my apartment and genuinely love living here. I’m so happy I chose City Lights! Read More

City light is a very great place to live with a shopping center and movie theater nearby. The place is very clean and has very nice workers. I got help by the worker Erica who is very kind and helpful with keeping the property clean.

City light is a property that is very beautiful to live in and the pools are beautiful to swim in and they are very clean. I had a very wonderful experience with the staff especially Erica as she is very nice and helped me with directions.

I have had a wonderful experience living at City Lights at Town Center. The community location is unbeatable—you can easily walk right over to the Aliso Viejo Town Center for shopping, dining, catching a movie, or hanging out at Grand Park.The newly renovated apartment interiors look incredible with the wood-style flooring, quartz countertops, farmhouse sinks, and stainless steel appliances. The two-story fitness center, saltwater pool, and clubhouse amenities are always clean and well-kept.
