Love living here. My kids are safe, the community is kind, and the building is well maintained. Things are fixed immediately or next day. Concerns are addressed, and the people who work here really care. I’ve been here over 3 years and it really feels like home.

I’ve been here only 3 1/2 months, but I have to say it’s been an absolute pleasure and the perfect choice for me primarily for the amenities that are here from the world class gym to a brilliant sauna in the locker room to a wonderful pool and Jacuzzi, which I use often. The entire staff from Lajoya to Calvin, Denise and Tim and the maintenance crews Kevin and Daniel are ALL Awesome. I even started having my hairstylist come once a month using the salon space and she loves it so that’s worked... out really nicely as well.. next on my list is bringing my masseuse in with the massage room set up next to the salon. That’ll be great. !!! needless to say I’m super happy and grateful to be here at Talaria. Greg P Russell

Talaria is a beautiful facility and wonderful place to live. All Talaria employees I have had the pleasure working with from the leasing office to maintenance and social functions have been very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend considering Talaria during any apartment search in the Burbank area.
