Beautiful property in downtown! There are some downsides, like living near the water treatment plant and the smells that come along with that and the noise of the train. However, the community amenities are top of the line.

Looking for a new apartment is not easy and very stressful. Also seeing how much construction of new apartments is overwhelming. Making an appointment at INTRO was fast and easy. Marsha is amazing and explains all the information you need when giving you tour of the property. She had me at her INTRO it was easy to make a decision. Amenities are amazing property is very clean.

Beautiful Facade, Funky Reality

This property is gorgeous at first glance, but the moment you breathe in, it’s a different story. Thanks to the nearby city sewage, like the sewers are hosting an all-you-can-smell buffet around the premise.. It makes bringing guests a little awkward, like offering fine wine in a porta-potty.

And while the exterior shines like a magazine cover, the inside tells another tale; things are crumbling as if the whole place was built from discount starter kits.
