The Orchard is quiet and friendly. The apartments are well built and have a very nice aesthetic. The staff are responsive, proficient, and courteous.

The Orchard is a great place to rent an apartment. The layout and design is well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to clean. The appliances are up to date. The maintenance and management team members are efficient and courteous.
