Maintenance issues. Here is poor communication is not good when I do a work order. It takes days for me to get a response. But that's because I have to go to the friend Des and ask them about maintenance coming to my unit I did a workout organi over 2 days ago and still waiting for maintenance to come to a unit. And the issue to be fixed as I was promised by the supervisor I still, I think has been done.

Zia is a good apartment to live because we are close to anything you love and like to do. However the maintenance didn’t do well. Housekeeping is poorly maintained specially in the hallway and trash room.

The trash room is frequently full of garbage and often not properly maintained.
Hallways and aisles are consistently dirty, with noticeable lint and hair buildup.
Vehicles frequently park in front of the building entrance, making it difficult and unsafe to turn and enter the property.
Although we were notified that the hot tub was fixed, it remains nonfunctional despite multiple attempts to use it.

The move-in process was so smooth! Sam, our representative, was absolutely amazing—he answered all of our questions, big or small, with so much patience and care. I also love how convenient everything is online; to signing the lease agreement, payments, submitting work orders and even opening the gate, it can all be done right from an app. On top of that, the amenities here are superb, making the entire living experience even better.
