I really love this community. They held many activities for residents here, they are friendly, respectful, and fun! The neighbourhood is somehow quite, yet fun! The staff of leasing office are really helpful and friendly.

Beautiful people in calm community environment so far. Green grass for the kids and doggies. Would like more maintenance Outsourcing and fixing major oasis like green pool, poorly maintained BBQ area (no propane and racks destroyed) and clean functional dog park (broken water fountain doggie bowl). I like to have a patio space and option to clip my dog to the outdoors to sit with me in morning coffee on patio to people watch it meditate on day to prep. Thankyou.

People are very nice and community is pleasant. Management are helpful but I have yet to see maintenance. Need more covered park spots as it is falsely advertised as such. My suggestion is to hire more maintenance and service staff for routine maintenance issues, then possibly get new laundry facilities. External windows and screens are disgusting and could easily be maintained with a regular wash routine. Pool looks as if pH is off and microbial growth present, needs regular maintenance... very... green. Dog park and pool need immediate attention for health code violation risk in my opinion.
