lived here 15 months

It has been pretty great pretty quiet for the area only downside is alot of homeless like to hang around the extra parking lot next to castles and coasters which is also by the apartments complex and of course no gate to keep them out my first night here i seen homeless guy looking through people cars in the parking lot the ac tends. To leak alot had to call maintenance alot during my time here only good thing is they dont make you wait too long for the repairs not the worst but could be better... oh another thing no roaches which was a big one for me when moving in i only had seen maybe one or two during my time here

I only moved in here because I was a temporary roommate of an existing resident and didn’t want to move my kids to a new location. Based off of leasing experience, if I had no kids, I would have gone elsewhere .
