I love this complex. The main Bldg is well taken care of. However, I feel like Building one is highly disregarded. The common areas are gross all the time. Maybe it's the amount of pets or the people, but the elevator is constantly musty, hot and smells. The floors and wall in the elevators, the common areas off the elevators, and first floor elevator "lobby" are always disgusting. Also, the carpet was "replaced" in bldg 1, however, just in patches and it looks old and patchy. Similar to a... motel. I think Bldg 1 could use some care. Also, the pool chairs are all gross and stained. No one wants to sit on them like that. I honestly don't even like putting my towel or belongings on the chairs. Maybe you can add washable covers? As for the parking - Maybe you can issue permits so that one or two cars per units could park in the lot. It is always full. Seems like employees of restaurants and multiple resident guests are taking up spots.

Because it’s new, it may look different right now compared to the darker carpet that... has had time to wear in, but with continued use and traffic, it will begin to even out and blend more naturally.

I enjoy living at the Tyler! The staff and residents are friendly. The community is clean and nice. I wish they had more options in the gym but it is enough when it’s not busy. I also wish they would put a sidewalk connecting building one exit to the sidewalk near exit to be more pet friendly! Overall it’s a great place to live!
