I was so shocked seeing this place for the first time. Am I at a 5 start hotel in New York or an apartment in Tempe? I came to hang out with my cousin who lives here. All of the amenities are so beautiful and luxurious! There’s like a Starbucks coffee station they provide for the residents which is pretty cool. Some mini office/study rooms in the business center part. Super spacious club house and VERY nice pool with nice cabana loungers. But my favorite part was the rooftop lounge area with the... grills. We sat out there and grilled some Kabobs for dinner and played cards. My mini vacation was 10/10. My cousin absolutely loves it here. I’m so jealous this is her everyday.

Almost 1 month in and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice. Moving from a house to a 1 BR apartment was scary but how nice and spacious they are I am very happy! The amenities are phenomenal as well as the location of Smith & Rio. So much to do all around and easy access to all highways and airport. Love it here!
