I love Smith and Rio! All of the amenities are kept in pristine condition and there is a wonderful work-from home space. Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Almost 1 month in and I am absolutely thrilled with my choice. Moving from a house to a 1 BR apartment was scary but how nice and spacious they are I am very happy! The amenities are phenomenal as well as the location of Smith & Rio. So much to do all around and easy access to all highways and airport. Love it here!

The facilities are well-maintained, and the residents are all smiles and lively.
Above all, being able to walk to Tempe Marketplace is a big attraction. Unless I have a special reason, I can get everything I need within a 1km radius!

From the start the leasing agents Juan & Coleen have been very friendly and went above and beyond to show me all available floor plans that fit my needs. Once I applied online the application process was fast and easy. I got my approval about 5 minutes after my submission. Now that I am moved in I can tell that residents are happy to live here, the high amenity usage and the how many residents walk outside is nice to be around. Smith & Rio has exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier... with my decision. Thank you
