Haven town center is a great apartment with nice upgraded modern fixtures with a great price and Tashanna the manger here is amazing and was so helpful throughout are entire experience from submitting the application answering questions and making the move in great overall experience highly recommend this apartment complex.

We were forced a monthly fee for trash pickup and for the first 3-4 months of living there our trash didn’t get collected. We also got charged for amenity fees for gym, pool, landscaping. The hot tub was always out of service, the pool was green multiple times and not well kept. If you don’t purchase a garage then good luck finding parking if you have more than one car. I have had to walk far- sometimes all the way on the other side of the complex. Also I am allergic to smoke and this is a non... smoking community but there was always people smoking near our unit multiple times a day and the rules were not upheld. Although my experience wasn’t the best, speaking to several neighbors, they have painted a more favorable picture based on their experiences.

Love the inside of my apartment, but the outside could use some love.

My wife and I are moving out of this place after 4 years of living here because the new Haven management is terrible. One example, When they took over they "forgot" to add the trash and pest costs to everyone's rent bills, and after multiple months they realized it and then charged everyone the amounts that they forgot to charge, all at the same time. And expected everyone to pay this random bill within a few days.

The complex itself is nice, thanks to the previous owners, but I would not... choose to live here under the current management. Read More
