I’ve lived here for 3 years, and the quality has gone downhill rapidly. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. Management is unresponsive, and there are constant issues throughout the building. Every floor smells like marijuana and trash, the AC doesn’t work, and the so-called “amenities” are misleading.

The dog wash is nothing more than a small area with a hose, and the fitness center has only a few machines… all of which are broken! It’s been nothing but frustration and disappointment.... These are just a few of MANY issues with this apartment complex. Read More

The apartment complex on the outside is a dream. The inside is also nice, but here’s the con: the manager is rude for everyone that says she’s not they are lying of course she’s nice when you first look at the unit, but all she does is approve young immature individuals who are filthy each floor has a unique marijuana smell. Individuals are fighting with their partners who are not on the lease. There are a ton of kids in their unit that the parents clearly don’t set bedtimes for, individuals who... work all day and night let their dogs poop and pee in the common areas. I recently just a lease signed and I'm all moved in. The property manager was super nice and easy to work with. Answered all my emails within a day. Super chill building, the amenities are exquisite, and the apartment i moved into was clean and ready for me. It is a little hard getting your foot in the door but just make sure you call everyday when they're open from 10:30 to 4:30 and you're bound to make it happen. I would 10/10 recommend. Good luck :)

Have been calling for more than two weeks now and no response, just an automated voicemail and automated emails that won't be responded to.

I have been trying to apply to this building for about a month, the lady who answered the phone said twice that she would send the application and call back to schedule a tour. She never sent anything or call back. I have been calling every week, two or more times a week and NO ONE answers. Now I question how will the service is when you are a resident and have issues.
