This apartment complex is terrible and definitely not worth the price. Things are outdated, the community center is not even worth going into, pool is small, workout room is small and not much in there. The apartments are not great and smaller then what you think they are, appliances are not great and use a lot of energy and also parking spots are not guaranteed and the garages are extra and not worth that extra price. Misleading pricing and not worth it. The advertised rent looks good, but they force you into extra monthly charges like a “tech package” that isn’t optional. On top of that, the noise is terrible—thin walls, loud neighbors, and constant disturbances. Definitely not the peaceful or “luxury” experience they make it seem.

WARNING TO FUTURE RESIDENTS/APPLICANTS

The apartments themselves are super nice and the property is also nice. But don't let the looks fool you, I would not recommend moving in here if you want to have a peaceful time. The other tenants at this complex are extremely loud, rude, inconsiderate and disruptive. Over the past year the tenants that are moving in are only getting worse and more trashy. This was a great place when I first moved in and I can not wait until my lease is up.

We are new to Wisconsin and can say we truly enjoy living here. The Apartments are very spacious with open floor plans. We have nice sized bathrooms, not tiny airplane bathrooms, and much larger than average kitchens. The people who live around us are very kind, and the neighborhood is extremely pet friendly.
We are happy that there are no real parking issues, there is plenty of parking when our family visits. The move in was a little difficult because the U-Haul had to be parked in the lot... near the end of our row of apartments. The way the units are situated, you are walking boxes and furniture down the sidewalk and into your apartment. Probably a little easier if you opt to rent a garage. The pool is clean and well kept, and the meeting room is modern and large enough for a good sized gathering. There is a charge to rent the clubhouse for parties, plus a fee that is non refundable. The cost is 500.00 half of which is refunded if the clubhouse is cleaned up afterwards. We feel the rental fee is a bit high, but the amenities are great. If the rental fee were lower, I believe more people would take advantage of the space for parties. The gym is small, but clean and modern. The only negative comment we could post is the monthly use of lawn chemicals and pesticides. Read More
