Place is great, the apartments are very nice and there is always enough parking here. Unfortunately pool area is often unusable, every other weekend a group of people at the complex throw a party at the pool and the cops get called almost every time. Managements solution is to send a mass text reminding the tenants of the rules. Really disappointing as that was one of the reasons I decided to move here.

No sound barrier between apartments
I live in one of the townhomes and can hear EVERYTHING my neighbor does above me, his footsteps sound like I live below an elephant. I would never recommend this place, overpriced and poor quality.
