I’ve really enjoyed my time here, and was a short a drive away from most of my weekly activites.

I moved to Jade in 2022 and I have loved living here! The location is outstanding, the property is managed very well, and the units are beautiful!!!

The landlord “DG” leaves reviews for his own building trying to make it five stars. Management and these buildings are a joke! They’ve gone way downhill, the walls are thin, no one is ever in the office, the “state of the art” amenities include rusty gym equipment and nothing else. PLEASE save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere!

I live here now and counting down the months till my lease ends. This place tried to take money from me to store my stuff in the garage, even though people have had their stuff stolen. Garbage room smells awful. I can’t use my patio because my neighbors will either overwater their plants or cut their hair and it will land on mine. People who are miserable with their lives will harass you every chance they get.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! I put my 60 day notice in after four months.

Lie after lie after lie from walk thru to move in. Your forced to purchase their cable and internet (add $90 to the rent they say you’ll pay + $30 water charge + $50 parking per space+ $25 storage + $15 forced renters insurance are all added monthly costs)

Absolute worst place I’ve ever lived. The place is so loud. Right off Good Hope rd. Huge dogs up on second and third floors, pounding the ground, echoing the vaulted ceilings... at all hours of the night, and the HVAC units are in the bedrooms.

The move-in process was difficult and the units are overly expensive. My closet smelled like cat pee and my laundry always came out smelling like sewage.
