A lot of drug trafficking, people constantly arguing and screaming, they allow very shady people to rent here, that are a disturbance to the whole neighborhood. Definitely not a safe or kid friendly environment. Tenants smoke in the apartments even though it's not allowed, and I've have my car broken into numerous times. I wouldn't recommend this place and it would be a blessing if this place was shut down.
