The Pointe in Williamsburg is a great place to live in a nice area. We are close to everything we want or need. The staff is very nice and the amenities are adequate.

Overall, the location is amazing and the staff is great. However, the contents of the townhouse are lackluster. We've been here less than a year and had the following repaired/replaced:
Laundry door (twice), new dishwasher, new garbage disposal, new ceiling fan (living room), new ice maker in the fridge, leak in main floor half bath sink, significant leak with toilet in master bedroom, main bedroom toilet still cracked inside and outside of bowl. Window's still missing screens, numerous... windows do not stay open on their own. Huge, cockroach problem within unit due to neighbors and they won't go away.

I really enjoy it here. Staff is great! The common areas are cleaned and maintained well. The few maintenance issues I have had have been handled quickly and efficiently.

Very nice complex to live in, the management is nice and the maintenance is very timely as well. I would recommend this place especially for anyone going to William and Mary
