The neighborhood is lovely and the staff is pleasant. I wrote about this last time as well, and nothing has changed. There is a sense that the level of gardening has declined; the flower box that used to be near our house was taken and not returned, the grass at the back side of the house is not well maintained. There is no enforcement regarding people leaving the trash bins outside the house all day, and it is unpleasant.

I have lived here for over 5 years and it’s great! The office folks and maintenance people are super responsive and helpful. The pool has been wonderful this summer.
