My bathroom exhaust fan was starting at random times. It was reported to maintenance who arrived the next workday and made adjustments to the sensors and reduced the run times.
I really appreciate the rapid response and fixing the issue on one visit

Hi. I will be moving in next week and relocating from Palm Beach Florida. So far everyone has been so accommodating and all these platforms are great keeping you informed of everything and had no idea you can earn points. It’s been a long time since I lived in an apartment community, I owned a home. did have an HOA and lived in a large community but so far this experience is very welcoming. Thank you.
