Greystar seems to really care about people who rent here. Every maintenance issue that I've had has been promptly resolved. Asia is great in the office and answers questions quickly and professionally. Love the valet trash service and reserved parking spaces!

Not worth the price. I lived here for 3 years and they up the price all the time so you’re paying different prices all the time. Walls are paper thin and hallways are always dirty and elevator smells like cigarettes. Save your money and look elsewhere where if you really want to make your money worth for paying “luxury”

Halls dirty and stink. Your packages arent safe. No cameras. Extremely overpriced for what it is. You’ll pay luxury prices and it isnt evn close to luxury
