The Apartments are definitely comfortable, the internet is high quality and speed for its price which is extremely competitive with even the best brands, leasing staff are high quality and very personable. Sealed units allow for AC to get rooms cool regardless of time of day.

Thin ceilings…if you value sleep then live elsewhere.
The facilities are nice and the front office staff are courteous and pleasant. However, STAY AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS if you value sleep. It is midnight right now and my upstairs neighbors are stomping around like they are running a marathon. It shakes the ceilings in my apartment. No one can sleep through this loud noise. I tried to move to the top floor, but once you sign the lease they really don’t care how miserable you are here.
This is the worst place I have ever lived just on the noise... alone. The worst by a long shot.
