Chasen is a beautiful, thoughtfully designed community with strong attention to physical details like clean hallways, well-designed units, and quality finishes that make daily living comfortable. The maintenance team has been especially outstanding, responsive, kind, and professional, which has made a meaningful difference early on.

As a newer community, there is still room for improvement around communication and resident guidance, but I’m hopeful processes will continue to evolve as the...
