I recently moved to 3500 West View and have been very happy with my experience so far. The community is well-maintained, quiet, and in a great location with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and everything I need in the Richmond area.
My apartment is only one bedroom but feels very spacious. It is modern and has a great layout. The amenities are excellent, and I especially appreciate how clean and well-kept the property is. The staff has been friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the... move-in process and beyond.
One of the things I enjoy most is that the community feels welcoming and safe. It's a great place to come home to at the end of the day. Overall, I would highly recommend 3500 West View to anyone looking for a comfortable apartment community in Richmond.

Lovely place to live in Innsbrook I do wish the prices were a little lower suffering for some of the hardships. You have to deal with here, but overall amazing place to live.

I’ve truly enjoyed my experience living here so far. The staff is exceptional and consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcomed and cared for. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting.
I also appreciate the quality and craftsmanship of the apartments themselves. The layout, finishes, appliances, and bathrooms all feel modern, thoughtfully designed, and well put together. It’s clear that attention was given to both comfort and... appearance.
The amenities are great, and I love the monthly community events they host — they really help create a true sense of community among residents. Overall, it has been a very comfortable and positive place to call home, and I appreciate all the effort the team puts into making the community feel special.

3500 West View is a great apartment community to live in, and if you take advantage of the amenities, you get a lot of value for your rental cost. The maintenance staff is always timely, professional, and courteous, and any concerns are quickly addressed.
