I’m still loving it here! No complaints, both the neighbors and employees have been very friendly. It is a pedestrian friendly neighborhood, I literally walk everywhere! The grocery store, drug store, tjmax! I love it here!

The process for becoming a new resident was seamless. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The property was clean, including the pool area that was currently under construction. Definitely impressive.

We just moved to AVIA Apartments and so far we’re really happy with our experience. Stan and I (Kelly) relocated with our two Pomeranians, Rex and Tweedy, and the pet amenities have been a huge plus. The dog park is clean, fully fenced, and perfect for letting them run safely, and the dog spa is such a convenient touch.
The community has been quiet, the amenities are well-kept, and everyone we’ve interacted with has been friendly and welcoming. We also love the location—it’s close to our... favorite spots like Wegmans, the mall, and great restaurants, which makes day-to-day life super easy.
Overall, no complaints—so far, so good, and we’re excited to be here.

Love it here! The staff is incredible and the grounds are well maintained. The neighbors are all friendly and it’s pretty quiet without feeling isolated. The community offers fun weekly events and makes everyone feel comfortable. We plan to be here a long time
