Avia is the premier apartment complex in Short Pump. It is convenient to 64, 295, 288 and Broad Street. The grounds are kept beautifully. The apartments are updated with a good size balcony. Parking is convenient as well as an available dog park with washing station. The salt water pool is amazing and so is the gym. The leasing staff is always helpful and maintenance does a great job. Make Avia your next home!

Avia is an excellent community to live in. It’s near Short Pump, near a wide range of restaurants, shopping, the interstate, and it’s a nicer/safer/cleaner part of Richmond. The leasing office staff have all been extra helpful and accommodating. The amenities are great, I don’t ever hear my neighbors, and my apartment/townhouse was very clean and fresh when I moved in.
