As a current resident, my main point of advice for current and future residents would be to ask management/maintenance when was the last time they did maintenance on your water heater in your unit.

Kitchen Maintenance Very quick response. Fixed issue within minutes while explaining the steps they were taking. Very professional and knowledgeable. Sink and dishwasher fixed perfectly.

Horrible apartment, horrible management, horrible upkeep. From the moment that i moved in to no shower head in my bathroom, and kitchen appliances not connected and not one member of management to give me my keys or check to see if all was ok with our move in, it was a terrible experience. Went a month with no mail key and no explanation from management as to why. Access controlled building that was open to everyone for three months. Complaints made about neighbors noise at all hours of the... night ignored. Flea infestation that caused my highly allergic dog to lose half of his fur went untreated. The apartments are advertised and priced at a premium, but the common areas and amenities are sub-par and has been in steady decline over the past 5 years. The new office manager is the rudest person I have ever met and consistently lies to get you out of her office.

The staff obviously does not walk the property on a routine basis because there is constantly debris on the sidewalks (for example an awning broke off the building during a storm an sat on the sidewalk for over a week within sight... of the management office), the hallways smell like a dog kennel that serves curry, the pool is covered in black algae, and the fitness equipment is not maintained in the slightest. If the staff put half the effort that they do into organizing food trucks and buying new coffee machines for the common area that they don't clean the property might not be in steady decline. Also, I really feel for the one maintenance guy they have servicing 260 apartments. This home is perfect. The model i was shown was exactly what i got. Every cent paid is well worth it. Staff is extremely friendly and make sure you are taken care of . All areas of the complex are extremely clean and well kept as well .
