Paying for luxury but get trash instead Infinity promotes its luxury but it’s far from it. The dumpster is overflowing 4 or 5 days out of the week so people just put there trash literally inches away from the entrance. People don’t pick up after their dogs and suffer no consequences for it. If you have a question for the office, the number provided goes to a different property. They say they’ll relay the message but chances are you won’t hear from them. It’s not worth the price to live here. This is the best place that I've ever lived. The Staff is amazing, very knowledgeable, kind, and attentive to my matters. I would recommend this place to anyone. It's the best.

This was the worst place I've ever lived, primarily due to the staff and my upstairs neighbor. The buildings look great, but you will hear every footstep from your upstairs neighbor. It's also been over 2 months and we still haven't received our security deposit back. They don't return our calls, and they never gave us an itemized deduction of the 500 dollars they took out despite having been called and emailed multiple times. Additionally, there's a lot of geese that like to hang by the pond,... and sometimes they'll get into fights and suffer injuries to the point where they can't fly away, so they stay there until they die. There was a dead goose near the sidewalk to the left of the leasing office for 2 weeks before somebody came and cleaned it up. My upstairs neighbor brought her 2 year old grandson over every weekend (Which is categorically breaking the lease if they're not listed as an occupant) and they'd be stomping around past 11:00pm at night. The leasing office's response was, "Well I have a kid, so I know what it's like." This was the most expensive place we ever rented from, and it turned out to be the worst experience by far. If you don't live on the 4th floor, you're better off finding someplace else. We ended up paying 4k to break our lease early because we couldn't bear a kid stomping on our heads every weekend.
