Excellent Support for 14 months Whether it was administrative or a service call. It was acted on right away with excellent results. The Deputy PM is an outstanding professional. She came to my aid many times in the 14 month I was a resident.

Great place Office staff and maintenance are very caring and on the job

Horrible complex not at all luxury like they claim. Half of the time the amenities don’t work or are not provided as outlined. Maintenance is a joke except Curtis. As soon as you escalate concerns you and your apartment will be ignored. Trash is overflowing in the community and the halls smell like pure dog. Communication with the leasing office Hunter and Lauren is poor and Maisa has a nasty condescending attitude. Take your money elsewhere!

Madi was so helpful. She was very warm and very personable. She was extremely knowledgeable and so patient. She worked with me and my busy hospital schedule using all forms of communication; phone, text, and email to answer all my questions and get me through the application process. I’m looking forward to living where she will be present to help make the transition go smoothly.

I usually do not write reviews but this time I’m making an exception. The customer service I received from the staff on the process of finding the right apartment was amazing. It didn’t matter the mode of communication I always received a quick and solid answer.
