I have lived in several different apartment complexes, some much nicer than this one, and NEVER have I had to pay Attorney Fees after being a week or two late on rent. A month? Sure. 2 weeks?! That's ridiculous. AND apparently, if you are late on rent, you can't use digital methods of payments. No e-checks via your bank or debit cards online.
On top of that, now there's a huge building right in front of the complex that I just found out is going to be a Storage Facility when parking near the... shops is already a nightmare... I thought this place was nice at first but now I honestly can't wait to leave.
The units themselves are great, everything else is awful. The pool is small, the gym is small, and there's like 2 or 3 dog waste bins throughout the entire community.

RUN, DO NOT RENT HERE!
NOT DESERVING OF ANY STARS!!!!!
This place is advertised as a luxury community, and there is nothing luxurious about it. I am current resident waiting for a house to be built. The office staff is just ok, nothing bad to say or good. Maintenance requests take forEVER to reconcile, there is no sense of urgency to address concerns about loud neighbors, or an advocate for residents who deal with neighbors who aren't responsible to clean up their pet waste all over the property. They have hidden... fees included in every cost associated with living there. There is a monthly building maintenance fee included with your rent which is supposed to go to upkeep of the property. It's been months since the breezeway has been power blown or siding pressure washed. The PARKING is HORRIBLE AF. You will walk the length of a continent before getting to your building unit. There is EXTREMELY HIGH TURNOVER with the office staff and maintenance staff. If you're looking for a affordable, quiet, conveniently located place to live. DON'T LOOK HERE!

Terrible Place
I am very thankful I used a temporary relocation service and didn't get locked in with a lease. The front office staff are lazy and rude. Parking is terrible - I got towed the first week there because I didn't have a sticker on my windshield - no warning sticker or notice, just came out one morning and my truck was gone. I needed a short term lease (around 7 months) while my house is being built - I'm so thankful Avondale had an opening because I would have moved anywhere to be away from the... Cascades - and I am very happy with my choice to leave the Cascades for Avondale.
