Living here has been a mixed experience so far. The complex is still under construction and even though some units are open, it’s clear they weren’t fully ready. My apartment has a number of issues and the exterior doors aren’t secure, which is concerning. It’s obvious the construction was rushed, and the focus wasn’t on making sure everything worked as it should.
What’s frustrating is that these problems aren’t being addressed. I’ve submitted service requests, but nothing is getting fixed. On... the bright side, the new units are stylish and the location is great. The on site management is nice. It's not their fault that they don't have enough staff for the increase in residents.
If you’re considering moving in, I’d recommend waiting until construction is completely finished. For now, it feels like the residents are dealing with too many unresolved problems.

Great Apartments!
This was my first apartment. They're apartments are clean and they have great customer service & maintance, great neighbors and a nice area to live in. Highly recommeded!

Kind and helpful employees
The employees at Windsong apartments were extremely helpful to my daughter and I when we were apartment hunting. Everyone we spoke to was very kind,. The employee that handled most of our questions and concerns was Koron. My daughter is looking forward to living in this community.

Dont do it
Very small apartments, thin walls, can hear a lot from the apartment next to you, sinks and bathtub clog easily, doesnt have thermostat , just space heaters and an AC unit, very terrible experience, wouldnt recommend it

Do not live here
I was a tenant for Windsong July 2016 - July 2017. I am currently in a battle with their office because I have YET to receive my security deposit back. I left July 31st and I'm writing this October 26th. They took the amount they considered worthy out of my deposit real quick because it suited them, but for the amount left that is MINE, I have not seen it. I've called them multiple times over the past couple of months and I keep getting the run around and the "let me take your information down",... and that is where it ends. The manager of this apartment complex has not reached out to me. So if you want to roll the dice and possibly get robbed and have terrible leadership not follow through on their JOBS, then by all means...live here.
