Walkability is great, location amazing, decent layouts. Problems with internet in apartments and in working areas. Do not ever rent a working space. Not worth it. Too much noise and internet problems. Appliances are ok a best. They charge you money for everything on top of what it costs to live here. It's a decent apartment complex but for the price, you can find better.

Can not beat the walkability! Walk to everything Richmond! In the middle of it all but also quiet. Neighbors are very nice and respectful. Overall clean and well built apartments with layouts and design that just makes sense. Their have been a few issues but nothing major and mainly due to this being a brand new building that is still being worked on in some areas. Again, nothing major by the small glitches and quirks of the building can be annoying sometimes. Cry happy with our choice but also... eager to see this place at its best!
