The grounds and floors The grounds might be cleaner. The garbage container stays out for days at a time and the floors in the buildings never get cleaned. For the amount of rent and additional fees, this place has to be spotless at all times. There is also a constant noise coming from an outside vent in the covered lot.

Quiet, well-maintained apartments on the Lafayette River We love our beautiful apartment on the river! It is surprisingly quiet and the amenities are great. We are very pleased with property manager Ashley! Great neighbors, walkable neighborhood, and a cozy home with views.
