I've lived at Covepointe for the last year and it is a beautiful community. The office staff is always friendly and welcoming. Whenever I have questions about any charges on my account, they walk me through it. Maintenance requests always get answered quickly. It is a smaller community so everyone knows each other, making it a wonderful place to live.

Don’t live here.
Other than Jess, Cece, and Bobby, this apartment complex is the worst I’ve ever seen. The community is awful. They are rude, judgemental, lie, and talk bad about others behind their back. Toxic environment and extremely overpriced. And good luck trying to leave before your lease even if they know full well that the issues you have aren’t issues you can control.

Poor management , poor service
Lived here for 3 years. Always had a problem with maintenance and communication. You pay a lot of money for no service , no curtesy. Absolutely not recommended.

Poor management and trash smell on the weekend
It used to be better but In August 2017 is a new management company with poor customer services. The office is closed on weekend so you can’t rent the “fabulous kayaks” forget about parking passes for your guesses.
Also the trash is pilling up for 4 days (Thursday night to Monday morning). Because the trash truck only come Thursday and Monday. By Monday morning the hallways, elevators smell awful!! Just imagen in the summer ??You pay too much money for this type of poor of management.
