Quick and effective repairs I am new to the building and still adjusting to the unit and Virginia.
As I went through the inventory form, I requested small fixes and repairs. They were done the same day, the work was clean, I received answers to all my questions, I also received training for how to use the appliances and the thermostat.
I'm very pleased with the service and promise to get back to it whenever other situations arise, so that the unit stays in good condition.

Faster than lightning! I made a request for a leaking faucet and the maintenance person was quick, efficient, friendly, and knocked out the task in 2 or 3 minutes. This might mess up my future expectations! ??

Appliances The maintenance staff was prompt, respectful, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. The microwave replacement was seamless, and everything was set up perfectly. As for the washer, they diagnosed and fixed the issue efficiently, and it’s now working like new again.

Ive been looking at this property for some time, wanting to live in the city but still in a residential area. I was skeptical at first but the price was reasonable for all the amenities which i was paying more for at my previous home and had nothing beautiful to look at or fun envirement for my child or dog. Ms Temeka made signing my lease such a pleasure and was very sweet with me. My apartment looks absolutely great and i have no complaints. Im excited to make this my new little home!

I just moved to Norfolk a few months ago. Aura seemed great on paper, but be warned it has many flaws.

Sound proofing is almost non-existent. I can not tell you how many times I have been woken up by my neighbors playing music or even just walking around upstairs. Also the amount of traffic you hear from the tram and Boush street is constant.

Construction workers are here every-day peering into your windows, but work never seems to be completed. I honestly don't know what they are even doing... to the building.

There was a major water leak in the building that took almost two days to even restore water back to us.

Every time it rains the bottom level of the garage floods. Management has negated the question if they are going to fix it.

The dog wash station has been out of soap since I moved in. Also has standing water.

House keeping does not really even clean the common areas on my floor, nor the garage, dog washing room or service elevator.

My front door does not close properly. When I asked maintenance to fix it, they did a sham of a job and said "the building is settling, there is nothing they could do."

Billing has also been messed up since I moved in.

Please investigate for yourself but there are way better properties out with less of a headache. Read More
