Love the view the place very big I got the 3 bed room along with my roommates we love it!!! First apartment!!!!!!!!

Monticello Station is the second "luxury apartment complex" we have lived in, so I can safely say that MS is tops! Carolyn and Victoria made leasing the apartment from out of state a breeze. We did it relying only on a video walkthrough with Carolyn where we easily saw and appreciated the wonderful amenities, the unit's spaciousness, views, finishes, large bright bedrooms, and awesome bathrooms! The second bedroom has a stall shower with a big built in seat and handicap bar, so it is perfect for... transferring from my wheelchair to the shower. The stall is quite large so showering is a breeze as well as very safe! The attached parking is the best setup we have seen for a wheelchair van with the garage entrance being only 40 feet from the apt! The location downtown is one of the best giving close easy access to all the action on Granby St. which is only one block away. Paul's maintenance expertise is second to none!! I just moved into the Monticello Station Apartments about 2 weeks ago and cannot say enough good things about the community! The staff (Angela, Carolyn, Paul) are all wonderful, courteous people. They truly care about your needs at the complex and work hard to ensure that your questions, concerns and maintenance needs are resolved. The apartments and the building still smell "new" - all the appliances, cabinets, patios are lightly used. The location is great! Walking distance to all that... downtown has to offer (Scope, Waterside, Granby St.). There are also some delicious little restaurants attached to the complex in case you don't want to explore too far away. You will have some "noise" on the weekends, but that's normal for city living! The parking situation is one of the best you will find in the downtown (and even Ghent) area. Living here is the best "city life" Virginia offers. Walking distance from the mall, the scope, waterside, light rail, dining, groceries, the greyhound and anything else you might need. This is definitely a place to call home!
