This community is great, maintenance is great every time I submit a work order it gets done in a timely manner they always pick up and clean after themselves and leasing office is good addressing my questions!

I’ve had a great experience living at Avana Fieldstone. The community is well-maintained, the amenities are modern and convenient, and the staff is consistently friendly and responsive. The location is also a big plus, with easy access to shopping, dining, and major routes. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to call home.

Staff and maintenance are excellent, but the apartments are underwhelming. (Especially for the price point) Mold is constantly growing throughout the apartment and we clean often with bleach-based products. This place is a prime example of a landlord special where minimal effort is put into maintaining the insides of the property. Stay here a while and the mold and rust will start to show through the white paint sprayed throughout the apartment. (And begin to drip from light fixtures) The... windows may look nice but are very drafty just like the front door, so be prepared for high energy bills. Don't run too many appliances at once in the kitchen on the same circuit or else you will trip the breaker. (Water kettle and microwave for example) Stovetop works when it wants to even after multiple attempts to fix it by maintenance. Water heater is pint sized so take quick showers and no one else can use the hot water while you do shower. Wish this place had ethernet ports throughout the house but all they have are phone lines so any gaming setups will need to be close to the router (typically in the bedroom) or run your own cabling. Grills hardly ever work when they are open for the season. All in all, great location close to many shops, parks, and dinning. Quiet neighborhood which is nice too.
