It is ok, I was pretty upset how our rent went up but then this year not so much which was good. I just feel like for an apartment should be less or at least get better areas, playground is never taken care of, plants growing around one, nobody feels safe for kids to play there, I never seeing anybody cleaning/ washing the playground, kids are destroying the soccer field someone needs to be hold accountable, trash can always on the floor, I feel like nobody is watching what is going on here

This community is great, maintenance is great every time I submit a work order it gets done in a timely manner they always pick up and clean after themselves and leasing office is good addressing my questions!
