Problem was solved. It just took awhile for maintenance to complete the issue. Had report and call about the issue. They replaced the refrigerator and it's working good.

If you’re considering moving here, take time to read the reviews first and really think about what kind of living experience you want. My experience has included roaches in the apartment, dog waste all over the property, and maintenance requests that go unanswered.

The leasing staff is very welcoming and responsive when you’re touring and signing the lease. Unfortunately, that level of responsiveness did not continue after moving in and reporting issues.

A place you live should feel clean,... maintained, and supported by management that responds when problems come up. Based on my experience, that hasn’t been the case here. I would strongly recommend touring other communities and comparing carefully before deciding to live at this property.

A friendly community with great location I enjoyed my 2 years at the Amber. I needed to move for health reasons, and the Amber was very accommodating. They do many community activities. They hold great holiday celebrations. I loved the daily updates sent out by management.

Home Have lived in this community for 32 years now. Things change as personnel come and go but this place keeps quality up buildings have been remodeled and are get designs. Maintenance and office personnel are all dedicated to keeping everything working well. Thanks for helping with my quality of life.
