Awesome apartments
Maintenance always on time and friendly . Pool is always clean. Manager and staff are amazing. It has a parking structure I mean come on !!! Who doesn’t like a parking structure with an officer 24/7

Great place to live!
I’ve absolutely loved living at Broadstone Woodmill Creek in The Woodlands! From day one, the staff and maintenance team have gone above and beyond—super friendly, responsive, and always professional. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and efficiently, which really makes a difference in day-to-day comfort.
The layout of my apartment is another big highlight. It’s super functional, open, and feels spacious and bright—perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. I also love how... conveniently located the community is. Everything I need is just minutes away—shopping, restaurants, parks, and easy access to major roads.
If you’re looking for a place that’s well-managed, well-maintained, and in a great spot in The Woodlands, I highly recommend checking this place out!
