Avana Greystar is a very comfortable place for the families.Location wise it's very convenient.Staff members are good and cordial.Overall it's clean compare to other places.

If you have any issues in the apartment and request maintenance, the staff only provides temporary fixes. They are always in a hurry and do not properly resolve the problems. No one is available to handle your concerns in a professional way.

Nice place but wish theses on going maintenance issues would be taken care of. Never promise a tenant something then tell them something different after move in. Key fobs. Overall an ok place to live.

Living at Sugarland Apartments has been such a pleasant experience! The location is perfect—close to everything I need—and the community is always clean and well-kept. The staff is incredibly welcoming and quick to help with any requests, which makes it feel like home. You can occasionally hear neighbors, as with most apartments, but it’s a small trade-off for such a friendly and convenient place to live. I’m glad I chose Sugarland as my home!
