I have had mishap after mishap since the start of my lease. However things have gotten relatively better. It is an old building so I guess some of these experiences could be expected I guess I just wasn't ready

My experience living in this apartment has been great overall. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe. The management team is responsive and friendly—any maintenance issues I reported were usually resolved within 24-48 hours. I also really appreciate the amenities like the gym and pool, which are always clean and in good condition.

These apartments used to be much cleaner and nicer, but now completely downgraded. It’s 2025 and they don’t have the decency to install cameras. The gates are left open making it a Disneyland for the thieves to come and take whatever they please. This is not safe apartments anymore. Management is a joke and the police can’t help you because there’s no cameras :)

at around 23:50 last night i tried calling the emergency security person since (kids and adults)people were still swimming and having a loud noisy FUN at the pool last night Saturday cuz that's what the management said we have to do. no response! this is not very cool since people have to wake up early the next morning either for work or travel even though it is sunday the next day! People are so very inconsidertae of others!!!

Your comfort and peace of mind are very important to us. Please note that our courtesy officer works... rotating shifts, and their availability may vary depending on their current assignment. While we strive to provide coverage during peak hours, there may be times when they are unavailable to respond immediately. In such cases, we recommend contacting the Stafford Police Department's non-emergency line for assistance with noise complaints or disturbances. They are equipped to help when our team is not immediately reachable.
