Nice place to live and start a family , nice and friendly neighborhood people and the front office is always friendly and welcoming including the manager very friendly neighborhood , clean and quiet

I've been here going on 3 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Great place to call home. Quiet and upkeep of community is good. Friendly staff and neighbors. Definitely recommend The Reserve at Fountain Lake apartments to call home.

I love living here mainly because everyone, from management to maintenance is friendly and has a quick response to any concerns. The community is quiet and safe

Its okay here. Relatively quiet. My neighbors mind their business. I feel safe. Staff is friendly. I love the neighborhood and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping around.
My only gripes are these things and they need to be addressed asap:
*Abandoned cars parked for almost 6 months now. Ive reported it twice. 1 in particular is taking up a parking spot. It's clearly disabled; tires flat, dirt accumulated , spiderwebs all over it . Maintenance drives by daily.They dont check parking... stickers ever!
* When renewing my lease I asked for my 1970s yellow, rusted, unsightly dishwasher to be replaced only to be told that since its still operate-able it cant be replaced. It should be disposed of immediately!They should not even want it in their units at all.
*The breezeways and ceiling are unkept; spiderwebs everywhere, light fixtures hanging down, cement floor and the doors to the units look like they've never been cleaned or checked in many yrs, if at all.
