I truly enjoy living here at The Lenox because it has been a wonderful experience. The property is kept clean, maintenance issues are resolved quickly, great amenities, and management and staff keeps us well informed. I would recommend this property to anyone that's looking for a new home.

While the physical amenities are nice, the onboarding and management execution at Lenox at the Grid have been severely deficient. A lack of parking guidance led to my vehicle being towed within hours with $579.29 in damages, key fobs were inoperable upon move-in, and the on-site management team has been dismissive and unwilling to assist.

Regarding the parking... situation, our reserved spaces are clearly marked throughout the community, and vehicles parked in designated reserved spaces are subject to towing enforcement. While we certainly apologize for the inconvenience and expense associated with the tow, we are unable to reimburse or assist with towing fees when a vehicle has been parked in a marked reserved space.
We also apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the electronic access system. Occasionally, there can be issues with electronic keys, apps, or fobs, and we regret that yours were not functioning properly upon move-in. Our team is happy to assist with troubleshooting or updating your access credentials. If you are still experiencing issues, please stop by the leasing office so we can make sure your app and/or fobs are properly updated and functioning.
We are disappointed to hear that you felt our team was dismissive or unwilling to assist, as that is not the level of service we strive to provide. I've only been living at Lenox at the Grid for about two weeks, but my experience so far has been positive. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, I've submitted a request through the resident portal, and a service technician has usually taken care of it the next day. The maintenance team has been responsive and efficient.
I've also reached out to the management team by email, and they have always responded promptly and kept me informed about when issues would be addressed. I appreciate the... communication and follow-through. So far, so good, and I'm happy with my experience at the community.
