The property grounds are beautiful. The units are outdated. My unit came with a roach infestation and birds nest.
Maintenance and pest control have both canceled requests without communicating with me but marked those request as completed. I don’t receive an update on the status of my requests until I inquire. This property can do a lot better in regards to communicating.

I love it living here. Is quiet and clean! The maintenance guys work hard on keeping grounds looking decent since we have some grown ups that doesn't know we're the trash bins are located in their apt. The management is always friendly and there when you need them. The apts are nice I love my floor plan, but we could use some updates.

I have been a resident of Waterstone since October, 2016, and have been quite happy here. The office staff are wonderful, and so are the maintenance personnel. Waterstone is a great place to live.
