Look in your AC, it is a rusted out unit from the 90's that is basically a rust pond. The put a flimsy filter in front of it to cover it up, but you can smell it. They have bright prison lights that sign outside at night, ruining the balcony. Horrifically loud music from locals bars. There is also not enough parking, if you get there in the evening you will have nowhere to park your car. Oh and management will treat you like a criminal every time they try and talk to you.

The staff was friendly but i got sold on the fact of the prices. When you're in this area its either crazy expensive for something run down or dirt cheap for something run down.
They just renovated here so everything is brand new! We have a new dock and i sit out there and fish every now and then since i moved in. The staff is super quick to get on work orders too. I have even seen the office girls out here working to keep the grounds clean and nice. Just seeing that alone makes me feel like... they actually care about my home. I just recently toured here, and the reason i ended up leasing was because of the staff. The leasing agent told me i could use the computer so she could walk me through each step. and i got to see the new clubhouse which smells amazing and looks brand new! The dock is new as well and looks so peaceful, they are installing a kayak drop so im happy about that because i fish a lot lol! I am so excited to move in here in a few weeks and become a pirate!!!

This property is right on the water, and nothing beats the prices and getting to see the fireworks view from kemah. Granite counter tops, new wood flooring and some even have fireplaces!

Carpet no changed between tenants. Water leak from upstairs fixed but left drywall in the downstairs apartment peeling and stained. Outlets around the apartment constants blow. AC does not work, when maintainer comes to work on it filer change is the only maintainer done. Children in the home still sweating in the hot apartment even though thermostat is on 65 degrees. Don’t waste your money here.
