Had Major A/C unit issues. Maintenance crew came out several times to fix (Even after hours). Crew noticed unit was old and updated office to be replaced. Was done in great time .

From the moment I opened the door to the leasing office I felt welcomed. Was met with a smile and kind salutation. I was given a tour and so much enjoyed the cleanliness and presentation of the apartment. I had to wait for a few weeks to get an available apartment but it was worth the wait. Home!!

Imperial chase is an affordable and great place to live. Very peaceful and clean. No problems at all plus the landlords are very sweet and strive to give you a great experience.
