I experienced an uncomfortable level of scrutiny from this rental company, particularly regarding my personal information. The inquiries made went beyond the standard for a rental application, and I felt that I was being unfairly singled out. Raises serious concern about their respect for privacy and equitable treatment.

I moved to Houston Texas September 6th. Moving here was the worse decision I EVER made. From the moment I arrived I got my keys. No one gave me a tour, walked me in my new apartment to make sure things were okay. I entered my new apartment and it smelled like sewage. When I turned my water on the smell got worse. I had to let the water run for the entire day. Clean, spray and more to get the smell out. I cleaned my apartment from top to bottom. My tub has mold in it. The entire tub is brown and... will not come clean. I’ve been told since September that the tub will be replaced. Still has not happened. One morning I received a call saying the guy was here to replace my tub. They gave me no notice or anything. He said he would come another day because I had family here and we had to leave for the day. No one never came back. The hall ways smell like a trash dump. They do not shampoo the carpets. It looks like trash is just drug up and down the halls. I complained in October. They told me they will get it cleaned in February. 5 months later. The carpet does not need to be cleaned it needs to be replaced. Which is why we have roaches. I have neighbors knocking on my door asking do I have roaches as well. Pest control comes spray some bulls**t and leave. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if he wasn’t spraying anything at all. My raid helps better than the bs he’s spraying. I went to the pool back in September it’s trash all in the pool, leaves and the day bed all flipped upside down. Looks like the pool has not been clean all summer. We was scared to sit on the chairs and bed because the cushions were so dirty. Management DOES NOT CARE! You should see the amount of complaints and work order I have put in. This is only part one. Where do I start?
-Locking residents out their respective building without proper advanced notification?
-Year old maintenance requests?
-Cars getting broken into?
-Front & back gate consistently broken?
-Gate access box being changed without notice to a completely different system?
-Less than 8 year old complex with roach/gnat/fly infestation?
-Inoperable dedicated trash chutes? Trash rooms overflowing?
-Trash dumpsters blocking visitor parking THEN imposing a new visitor parking system where... you have to obtain a permit to park in visitor parking... THATS BLOCKED!

I know this complex looks amazing in passing & the lobby looks immaculate but thats not the complete experience. There's been about 5 mgmt changes. That's NEVER a good sign ANYwhere. Terrible apartment complex - one of the worst I have ever lived in. Even worst management.

Definitely not "Luxury Living"
The place is roach, ant and many other bugs infested.

Pest control has been here a billion times to no effect. Apartment management does not have a regular schedule to replace the air filters.

Maintenance is terrible - I have been waiting for my dryer to get fixed now for 3 weeks. They have "fixed" it twice and it... still has the same issue. The issue didn't even go away for one second. Why would you close a work order when the issue is not fixed. And they have done this twice. And every time for 3 weeks I keep getting told that they have other work orders open. Understandable but it should not take 3 weeks to get a dryer fixed. It gets difficult to go for 3 weeks without doing laundry.

The hall ways are an absolute atrocity. They only clean the first floor, if you do a tour, just ask to visit the second floor or higher - you will be appalled.

The parking situation is another nightmare. They will tow your car even though it is registered in the system. They also have very limited guest parking. Gets filled up in a hurry.

The sad thing is that this place has so much potential. But they continue to fall flat on their face. With all the options that exist in Houston, I wouldn't touch this place with a 90ft pole. Read More

the upkeep of the outside of the apartments is HORRIBLE and the roaches are a serious problem in the building that keeps getting overlooked. the pets and their poop and pee have taken over the aesthetic and overall its really nasty in all of the halls especially the carpets.
with a good deep cleaning and better maintenance it could be better but right now i would not recommend
