Staff is friendly and there is really never a noise issue with neighbors. Their office staff has also greatly improved over the years. I love living here and plan to do so for a long time

I’ve lived here comfortably for 2 years. The staff from office to maintenance are amazing. The grounds are clean and nights are quiet. I love it here.

I’ve been living here for a while and overall it’s been a good experience. The location is convenient and the area feels safe. The apartment itself is comfortable and well-maintained, with decent amenities and a quiet atmosphere. Maintenance requests are usually handled in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff is generally helpful.
There are a few small things that could be improved, like the parking app is terrible, but nothing major. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking... for a clean and comfortable apartment in a good area.

It’s a very nice place, good neighbors, friendly staff, good location, not too far from the 45 freeway, good shopping close by,
