Have loved living here. Property tales care of the upkeep of the grounds and handled my past issues swiftly. New members of the team that have been added are very polite and go above and beyond to resolve any issues.

I have been here for 1 year and 2 months. I have read so bad reviews about Parkside Place, they must be at another Parkside Place. This place is nice and the staff and maintenance is excellence. When I have a problem or need help they are always willing to help. No problems for me...

While this could be a very lengthy review, I'll do my best to keep it very short and simple.

On my day of move in I had already found a few problems with the apartment. I submitted tickets for these issues to get resolved, however a week later when maintenance finally came by, one of the issues had not been resolved and no attempt had been made to resolve it before the ticket was deemed closed. I opened another ticket and a few days later the maintenance guy came by again, he did some things... and said he would be by the next day to verify that the issue is resolved.... He never came by. I called the leasing office only to be greeted by a woman who was rather disrespectful. Now I'm sure my town wasn't the happiest, but I do mind my pleases and thank you's. This woman seemed rather upset that I had any form of complaint to begin with and promptly hung up on me.

With 2 weeks of trying to get an issue resolved... and its just not getting resolved, whilst also being disrespected the whole way... Not very impressive.

I will admit that there are some people in the office that are helpful, there was a kind man who promptly solved a major issue for me. But it doesn't overshadow the lack of urgency and disrespect of other events.

The apartment quality is okay, granite counters and stainless steel appliances look nice... But doors and door frames are all bent. Water pressure is low to the showers but insanely high to the sinks. Not really a complaint but some things I've noticed that are weird.

As I am very big on respecting others, I will have to leave 1 star. In the future if things change, maybe my review will as well. But overall... I am not impressed and I rather regret moving here. I turned down a great complex I have lived in before to move here. Read More

I have lived here over 2 years. Great community and helpful staff. Never have had an issue while staying here with my family.

I’ve had a great experience at Parkside Place! I wanted to express my gratitude towards the staff for all of their help. It’s a beautiful community in a great location. I will definitely be recommending Parkside to family and friends!
