The complex is kept up. The people living here are polite and friendly. It is very convenient to major stores and restaurants. Some are within walking distance. once a month management usually holds some type of community event which helps you feel a closer part of the community

Birchway seems to really care about their residents and always "on top of things". They really go above and beyond such as a hot fresh breakfast once a month and other social events. Quick response to your requests. I've been very impressed and pleased living here.

The first thing that helped me decide on Birchway Sherman, was that it was managed by Greystar Properties. I lived in another apartment complex managed by Greystar and enjoyed it. Birchway has a friendly environment with some type of activity promoted by the apartment management monthly for the community. I love how quiet the complex is, people are polite and respectful of other people. The complex is a little out of the way which helps with not having outside noise, but having the shopping... center across from us is a plus. You have access to the major stores and restaurant's just minutes away. Another thing I like about Greystar Properties, is the maintenance. At Birchway, they are quick, respectful, and professional. I have lived here for eleven months and will probably renew my lease if the rent increase stays affordable.

Amazing and helpful staff! Any issue I have ever had was resolved that day. Very nice apartments inside and out Birchway has definitely been my favorite apartment I’ve ever stayed at.
